Creating Great Places for Neighbors

Making places great means more than quality, affordable housing. It includes fighting blight, economic regeneration, diverse educational options, livable-wage work, walkability and connectivity, great parks and recreation, and robust arts and cultural activity—all within a stone’s throw of downtown.

What sets our mission apart, however, is our commitment to develop community as we invest, restore, and build. We’re trying to put neighbors first. Genuine community among diverse and empowered neighbors is our primary goal. It is, after all, neighbors who make Indy’s Near East community great.
